You can reach out to Gameloft's customer support here. You can also contact Customer Care by accessing the settings menu (gear icon) from the Home Screen, then navigating to "Gameloft Connect," and finally tapping/clicking on "Customer Care."  

The Gameloft support is also the best place to:

  • Learn more about the apps and leave feedback
  • Ask about in-game content which wasn't delivered or is missing
  • Report in-game bugs
